Husband, father, entrepreneur, and pastor — Domeka Kelley is a leader who believes purpose is discovered, not assigned. For over a decade he has helped dreamers, leaders, and organizations align their lives with what they were built to do.

Growing up, Domeka watched the people around him settle for less than what they were capable of. That observation planted a question that never left him: what happens when someone finally decides to go get what's already inside them?

Years later, after a season of personal setbacks and unexpected redirection, that question became a mission. Egeiro — meaning "to rise" — was born out of a conviction that faith, leadership, and daily execution were never meant to be separate things.

Since then, Domeka has spoken to churches, businesses, and organizations across the country, written two books, and built a growing community around one simple idea: alignment changes everything.
